Overview
The RailClamp7522T is a 5V, low capacitance, 3-line transient voltage suppressor (TVS) optimized for protecting USB data interfaces from electrostatic discharge (ESD), cable discharge events (CDE) and electrical fast transients (EFT). The RClamp0522T presents a typical capacitance of 0.25pF and provides ±25kV contact and ±15kV air discharge to the IEC61000-4-2 ESD standard.
