Overview
RClamp®3631P is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) specifically designed to provide secondary surge and electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection for high speed data lines. RClamp3631P utilizes deep snap-back to minimize device clamping voltage. The device features high surge capability of 10A (tp = 8/20μs) and ESD characteristics highlighted by high ESD withstand voltage (+/-30kV per IEC 61000-4-2) and extremely low dynamic resistance (0.23Ω typical). Each device will protect up to two high speed data lines operating at ±3.63V.
