Overview
The RailClamp2502L is a low capacitance TVS array designed to protect data interfaces from electrostatic discharge (ESD), cable discharge events (CDE), electrical fast transients (EFT) and lightning surge. The combination of low clamping voltage, high surge capability and low loading capacitance makes the RClamp2502L an ideal solution for protecting Ethernet-based systems.
