Overview
The RailClamp0518P is a 5V, low capacitance, 8-line transient voltage suppressor (TVS) optimized for protecting high-speed data interfaces from electrostatic discharge (ESD), cable discharge events (CDE) and electrical fast transients (EFT). The RClamp0518P presents a typical capacitance of 1pF and provides ±30kV contact and ±30kV air discharge to the IEC61000-4-2 ESD standard.
