Semtech SD12
Single-Line TVS Diode for ESD Protection in Portable Electronics

The SDxx family of transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diodes is a series pioneered by Semtech for general purpose circuit level electrostatic discharge (ESD), cable discharge (CDE), electrical fast transient (EFT) and lightning surge protection. These robust protection devices offer multiple working voltage options and provide superior electrical characteristics such as lower clamping voltage and no device degradation when compared to polymer and MLV devices.
