The GN2105S is a quad channels 24Gbps to 28Gbps NRZ CDR with integrated high-performance DC-coupled Direct Modulated Laser (DML) drivers offering superior transmitter (Tx) performance with various low cost and low bandwidth laser with the lowest possible power.

- Used in applications such as 100G QSFP28 PSM4, CWDM4 and LR4 modules
- Extended data rate (24.0Gbps to 28.1Gbps) and i-Temp support
- Offered in a compact 3.7mm x 5.4mm WL-CSP package
- Enables highly differentiated and best-in-class <3.5W module solutions when the transceiver is paired with Semtech’s ClearEdge GN2110S quad CDR with an integrated transimpedance amplifier (TIA)
