Overview
The RailClamp0551P is a 5V, low capacitance, single-line transient voltage suppressor (TVS) optimized for protecting high-speed data interfaces from electrostatic discharge (ESD), cable discharge events (CDE) and electrical fast transients (EFT). The RClamp0551P presents a typical capacitance of 0.5pF and provides ±17kV contact and ±17kV air discharge to the IEC61000-4-2 ESD standard.
