Overview

SVS0524PARU is specifically designed to protect sensitive components which are connected to high-speed data and transmission lines from overvoltage caused by ESD (electrostatic discharge). The device features an ultra-low capacitance of only 0.43 pF between I/O pins and GND, making it ideal for high-speed interfaces where signal integrity is critical. The flow-through package design simplifies PCB layout while providing robust protection. Each device will protect four lines operating at 5 volts, with high ESD withstand voltage capabilities (±15kV per IEC 61000-4-2 Contact). Housed in a space-efficient DFN 2.50 x 1.00 x 0.55mm 10-Lead package, the SVS0524PARU offers solid-state silicon-avalanche technology for reliable protection of sensitive circuits in consumer electronics and communications applications.
