Product Reliability
The Semtech Reliability Assurance team establishes qualification systems that guarantee the quality and reliability of our products, processes, and suppliers. In summary, the Reliability Assurance team:
- Ensures that qualification requirements that meet customer specifications are included in a qualification plan
- Performs risk assessment using established reliability techniques to identify and report any potential reliability concerns
- Maintains an effective ongoing reliability monitoring program in order to provide our customers with reliability measures that meet or exceed their expectations
- Continuously introduces new reliability techniques in order to reduce reliability assessment cycle time and improve the overall reliability of our products
- Establishes a proactive presence early in the product development cycle and provides statistical feedback regarding reliability performance of Semtech product families and processes for early design considerations
