XE1203F: 433 MHz / 868 MHz / 915 MHz Low-Power, Integrated UHF Transceiver

The XE1203F is a single chip transceiver operating in the 433, 868 and 915 MHz license-free ISM (Industry Scientific and Medical) frequency bands. Its highly integrated architecture allows for minimum external components while maintaining design flexibility.
