Switching Regulators
Semtech offers a broad family of high performance switching regulators with both integrated and non-integrated switches and synchronous and non-synchronous regulators. These regulators operate from input voltages from 2.7V up to 40V, frequencies up to 4MHz, and high efficiencies up to 96%. For portable and green applications, PSAVE mode enables low quiescent currents as low as 17uA. Very small, low profile circuit implementations with minimal external components are made possible through Semtech's advanced process technology and smart design.
