SC1301A: 2 A High-Speed Low-Side MOSFET Driver
The SC1301A is a cost effective single-channel high-speed MOSFET driver. The driver is capable of driving a 1000pF load in 20ns rise/fall time and has a 60ns propagation delay time from input transition to the gate of the power MOSFET.
