Resistive Touch Controllers

Semtech offers ultra-low power 4-wire and 5-wire resistive touchscreen controllers optimized for portable equipment where power and board-space are at a premium. These touch controllers provide best-in-class on-chip ESD protection (+/-15kV for HBM and Contact Discharge) in an extremely small footprint, without the need for external ESD protection, making them ideal for portable applications where power consumption and board-space are at a premium. They incorporate a highly accurate 12-bit ADC for data conversion and operate from a single 1.65 to 3.7V supply voltage.
