Health Plans - Medical and Dental

A choice of medical plans including Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) and Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) / Dental  (DMO) and (PPO) services.

Semtech provides both life insurance and accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, at no cost to you.

401(K)

Employees may contribute  up to 60% of annual earnings up to the IRS annual limmitations. Employer matching contributions to employee 401(k) accounts are determined annually.

Stock Options

Options vest linearly over four years and have a six-year life.  Eligibility is based on corporate guidelines.

Based on position, we offer annual bonus, profit sharing, sales and FAE commission or royalty plans for engineers.
